Open the registerNo publication date is recorded. ISO records stage 50.60, close of voting, on 12 August 2026 for edition 3. The approval decision and publication stages follow, but their dates are not on the public page. The 15 February 2027 date used here is a planning estimate, not an ISO commitment.

The ISO page records the designation, the edition, the committee, the ICS, the stage 50.60 and the stage date of 12 August 2026. It also records the stage history, including the systematic review decision on the 2020 edition and the FDIS ballot dates. Those are facts a board paper or a contract can cite.
A derived date is computed from a recorded date and a stated rule. This site does not derive a publication date from the ballot, because the ISO page does not record the interval that will follow. It uses the normal stage path to explain what comes next, not to assert a date.
The planning date of 15 February 2027 is an estimate. It is 120 days from the build date and allows for the approval decision and publication preparation. It is useful for planning and unsafe for a contractual deadline. The site labels it on every page.
The stage record and the dates are what the change watch follows. A change to the stage, the stage date, the edition relationship or the estimate is emailed with the diff. The watch cannot see the unpublished text, and it says so.
No. It is an estimate, not an ISO commitment. A contract should cite the published 2020 edition if it needs a dated edition, or name a review point rather than a publication date.
Because that is the close of the vote, not publication. Stage 50.60 is recorded on 12 August 2026, and the later stages are not. The site does not invent a date to fill the gap.
The FDIS or proof is approved for publication. That is the point at which the text is settled, and the record should be compared clause by clause.
