The ISO path has named stages. The recorded dates run from the systematic review decision on the 2020 edition to the close of the FDIS ballot on edition 3. The rest of the timeline is the normal path, with the estimate labelled. Use it to plan, not to promise.

The estimate is 120 days from the build date. It starts from a stage 50.60 that was recorded on 12 August 2026 and allows the normal interval for the approval decision, the publication preparation and the publication itself. It is a planning date, not a forecast the organization should put in a contract. The ISO page does not record a publication date and this site does not invent one. The estimate is repeated on every page with the same label.

When the FDIS or published text is available, compare the clause list with this register and record the differences.
When the edition is published, update the edition in the policy, the contract and the evidence index. The watch emails the change.
Every clause answer on this site points to the official rule behind it, so you can check any line yourself. The register holds 28 records, 110 evidence lines and 84 common failure lines. The dates come from the ISO record. The substance comes from the published 2020 edition, which is the baseline that edition 3 replaces.
